1998-2009 AS Hansabank/Swedbank , Head of Equities and ECM for 11 years. Strong focus also outside of Baltics on CEE and SEE region since 2005 with many successful transactions and advisory deals as well as capital raisings from IPO-s to private deals.

Has lead managed almost all of the IPO-s in the Baltic region between 2004-2021. Has also long M&A experience with private trade sales as well as MBO-s and has also helped to take several companies private from public markets.

Actively investing in the CEE, SEE and Nordic – Baltic region since 2005 with prior private experience going back to 1997, through private and public markets and club deals. Has extensive network with institutional investors as well as family offices and large business groups.
